Remote Communication

Communication devices

Our Virtual Assistants utilize the following communication devices; cell phone, blackberry, land-line office number with answering machine, IM (Instant Messaging) when necessary, i.e. Yahoo, MSN, Skype (VoIP) phone and web-cam to have meetings with audio and video. Additionally we utilize web-ex to have conference calls to share our screen with our clients to present concepts, ideas, etc..

Virtual office location in-house

We realize the importance of locating our Virtual Office's in private locations within the house/residential space. All of our Virtual Assistants have "carved a space" that is private and off-limits to kids, animals, etc.

We utilize Skype which is a FREE internet service for; webcam, conferencing, phone and instant messaging. Our main usage of Skype is for webcam/video. The world we live in is certainly becoming "impersonal", we believe clearly that remote assistants are vital, and perhaps the wave of the future, BUT, personal face to face viewing should never be eliminated. We communicate by what we say, what we don't say, our look, emotions, our smile, our frown, etc..
